• fast and easy access to all data and requirements
• unlimited resources to dedicate to the project
• done extensive internal change management so the whole company is on board with the outsourcing of these processes
• all internal support systems in place

In reality the opposite is true so this is where it is important to have the correct outsourcing provider so they can guide you through the common challenges all projects face.
