The stakes were high. The client, located across the globe from Malaysia to Europe and to the West Coast of the United States, relied heavily on external consultants based in central and western USA. Coordinating across time zones, cultures, and systems added layers of complexity to an already ambitious timeline.
Despite these challenges, the team sprang into action. Within two weeks, all 20 countries had kicked off their implementations.
