RISK – consultant leaves the implementation so therefore the knowledge the consultant has about the provider (how to implement payroll and how to manage live payroll) leaves with them.

Impact – go lives and live payroll put at risk due to absence of knowledge of the provider within client organisation due to their dependency on the consultant.

Mitigation – client to ensure that their consultant is constantly sharing with the client and documenting knowledge of the provider etc so to ensure no dependencies on the consultant so that the client´s organisation has all the required knowledge to implement payroll and to manage live payroll with the provider
