This means that in the provider´s project team they have both the people who implement the product, service etc (PM, BA, developers, testers, designers etc) and the people who will support the product, service etc (Account manager, operations, support etc) together from day 1 of the project. Then both the implementation and operational sides of the provider will be 100% familiar with the client and their needs from day 1 so there is no lag time or challenges when the project ends and the responsibility for the client passes from the project to the BAU teams.
