Make a video of repetitive tasks

If you find yourself explaining the same thing over an over again in different projects then make a video of it.

For instance, if in every project you have to explain how to complete a questionnaire, requirements gathering document, data input template etc then make a video of you explaining to the audience about how to complete it.

The most effective use of your time and the time of the audience is to have a video that the audience can use whenever they want to learn how to perform the required task.

To have a call or calls for every project so to explain how to fill in the same document each time is not the best use of everyone’s time.

Videos also give you the opportunity to add different language tracks to the same video. So if this video is going to be viewed by people from multiple countries then the video can have audio in the languages of your customers / users.

It is recommended to try and find as many ways as possible to maximise the effectiveness and efficiencies.
