I believe that it is best to buy a holistic solution from one provider. Therefore, if a time and attendance solution with clocks is wanted then it is best to buy both the Time and Attendance Software as a Service (SaaS) and clocks from one provider.

For example, a client decides that it was best for them and their employees to use 3rd party clocks with a Time and Attendance solution (T&A Solution). Client must create new roles, systems and processes to manage the 3rd party clocks

T&A Solution can only accept 1 file a day so to avoid the risk of overlapping data upload.

Any issues with the 3rd party clocks and data are the responsibility of the client

The T&A Solution provider is not permitted to have any interaction with the provider of the 3rd party clocks
