
In my experience this is the best order to implement Human Capital Management (HCM) products globally in a multinational corporation.
- Global Human Resources Information System (Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Oracle etc)
- Time and Attendance (Kronos)
- Payroll (ADP, NGA, CloudPay, TMF, Safeguard)
Ideally each product implementation should be completed before the next one begins. If there has to be overlap than the overlap to be kept to a minimum. If this is not possible due to time constraints then an exceptional HCM provider with world class implementation personnel is required.
