• Client and most of the team are based in EMEA on CET (9 to 6pm working hours Monday to Friday)
• India follows CET working hours
• Some team members are on USA east coast so 6 hours behind CET so client and internal calls will be in the afternoon CET

• Anything that is not part of the standard solution or the signed off blueprint is a Change Request
• Request that the client sends their requirements, requests and questions in writing, so we are sure what we are being asked
• Expectation management is key
• Client requests and questions – it is better to provide the correct answer than a fast answer
• We can do many amazing things and we except that there are somethings that it cannot do. It would be appreciated if you can please try and avoid the phrase “unfortunately we cannot do….”
• To inform the team about holidays, business trips etc and provide the contact details of your back up so all roles have cover throughout the project
